Subject: I want to change my secret question answer
   Hi everyone and gm,

what shall i do if i want to change my secret question answer, reason is my account has been hacked twice in a week (already formatted computer and changed all related password) and i strongly believe that the hacker shall have my personal details and he shall be able to guess my secret question answer with keylogger such hacking program. In order to secure my account for future, please advise. I don't want my account password being change or known by hacker every 3 days.

Thanks alot.

Q u o t e:
You can email or call the billing department through billing@blizzard.com or:

Actually, come to think of it, I'm not sure if this goes to billing or Account Administration, which is wowacccountadmin@blizzard.com, so I'd just send one to both. >.>'
Just for future reference, the Billing and Account Services Department would be the correct department to contact about this issue; as they assist players in recovering their password or secret question, changing the registered e-mail address on file for an account, as well as many other billing-related issues.

The Account Administration Department primarily assists players with disputing any action that has been taken against their account and helping players regain access to compromised accounts.

Cheers. :)
