Subject: Change of Email
   I've been needing to change the email listed on my account for months and haven't been able to as the GMs in game cannot assist me, nor am I able to use the number provided and call. Can you please let me know how to change this without using your telephone service. I only have a cell phone and I'm not willing to waste minutes that I'm paying for, to call during your hours of operation, and be on hold, or have to toil through an automated system for lord knows how long. Changing your listed email should really be a feature available online through your account administration.
