Subject: Level of Customer service
Earlyer tonight I was reported, I am not questioning the report or the level of punishment. What I am questioning is the level of customer service. I am tired of being told that there is nothing a GM can say to me, that they are unable to help me, or that they are unable to respond to me. I know that i probly can't give the GM's name otherwise this post will be locked or deleted so, I will not say his/her name. I am a paying customer and I am paying for more than to be told I can not be told something or just ignored by the GM. I have saved the GM's name and I am awaiting a conversation to begin a supervisor.

   Vrox,

Although I am not familiar with the specific encounter you may have had, I am very sorry for any distress we may have caused. :(

Unfortunately this forum is not design to address complaints concerning a specific Game Master. If you feel that your petition has been incorrectly addressed I strongly encourage you to e-mail your concerns to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com, so that the proper attention may be given to your issue. While I cannot guarantee a reply I assure you that your e-mail will be read and taken into consideration in an effort to improve our level of quality.
