Subject: A querie about item restoration.
   Hello.

I've read through the sticky detailing the what's and not's of character and lately I've heard a myth that GM's are iffy in the restoration of items which may be sharded into Nexus Crystals.

I am considering restoring my character after having left the game and would very much not like to level an exact copy of him to 60 as it would seem very much like a job and not so much fun.

When I decided to remove my character I wanted to distribute shards of my items to my guild leader at the time as it seemed the most favourable and fair thing to do so I sharded all of my BOP items, quite a lot of Lawbringer, as well as an Obsidian Edged Blade.

Would the investigator in the case of my character and item be iffy to restore such items, or would it be unfavourable to the 'economy' of the realm my character is located on.

Thanks in advance :)

Unfortunately, Allegiance, without investigating the loss personally I would be unable to say for certain what the result of the investigation would be - and such investigations are unable to be conducted via the forums. I regret to say that for further assistance you will need to contact a Game Master in-game concerning the matter, and their ability to take a closer look and discuss the various aspects of the loss they should be able to provide you with an accurate answer.

On the topic of requesting the restoration of items that have since been disenchanted, generally a player will be requested to provide the same materials that were acquired upon the item(s) being disenchanted. This is to ensure that the integrity of the economy remains intact, and that the playing field for players remains fair.

I apologize again for being unable to provide support to you directly here on the forums, however I do hope that I have provided some insight into the issue; good luck with recovering from this loss, Allegiance.

Q u o t e:
Thanks for the blue writing :)

Hate to be a bother to you but basically what you are saying is I need to come up with 11 or so nexus crystals if I want my gear back ? :/

If the restoration is even possible (I hate to be negative about it, but they aren't always possible; and the more time that passes by the lesser the chance of a restoration) you will more than likely be requested to provide the materials your character received when disenchanting the items.
