is there ne way to exchange one of your PTR toons for another 1... because i thought i'd try pally and lock, but the pally is suckin up the place, and i would really appreciate it if i could change it. Ty.

Game Masters don't handle PTRs, so i don't think they can help you with this issue. (GMs correct me if I'm worng). You should post your thread here:

I don't think you can change the character, but I might be wrong, since I just started looking into PTRs and copying characters...but I;m sure there are much more experienced players on the PTR Forums.
Nope, Silm, you've handled it just fine. The Game Master Department, I'm afraid, does not offer any support for the Public Test Realms. :)
