Subject: Acceptable reason?
my alt account got banned this early morning, and the email i received says:

Access to this account has been disabled for behavior contrary to the
"essence" of World of Warcraft.

i tried to contact the account admins for more details, but it seems they're not gonna reply...

alright blz, could you tell me the story about ur stupid "essence" of wow. u cant ban me and just give me such a dumb reason that doznt explain anything!

i've read the crap u also mentioned "Section 3, Paragraph C [Rules Related to Game Play] of the Terms of Use", but none of the below i'd done

(i) Using or exploiting errors in design, features which have not been documented, and/or "program bugs" to gain access that is otherwise not available, or to obtain a competitive advantage over other players.

(ii) Connecting, or creating tools that allow you to connect, to World of Warcraft's proprietary interface or interfaces, other than those explicitly provided by Blizzard Entertainment for your use.

(iii) Using tools that hack or otherwise alter the World of Warcraft client or server software.

(iv) Using software products that "packet sniff" or provide scripting and/or macroing to obtain information from World of Warcraft.

(v) Anything that Blizzard Entertainment considers contrary to the "essence" of World of Warcraft.

If u still insist i did something against ur game "essence", k, prove me! or u think i play the game and pay u $15 monthly are against ur "essence", fine, let me know.

PS: earlier i went browse some forums, and i knew only gold farmers receive notifications like this. maybe u think they cant read and will admit it, but blz, u fooled a wrong person!

While the best course of action available to you at this point is to wait for Account Administration to respond to your e-mail, Realmango, I'm more than happy to look into the matter in a bit more detail. Can you offer the name and realm of a character on the affected account, for the sake of my investigation? Thanks much for your assistance. :)
