Someone reported me for saying the racist name for a black person, but I didnt say that ever. and now my account is permanetly closed. It has been five days and noone has responded you my email. I tried to call and they said this can only be handled through email. And I have only had one offense in the past last year resulting in a warning, so I dont even know why the account is closed in the first place.

While Sonic is correct in saying that you shall have to contact Account Administration via e-mail at wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com in order to receive additional information or contest the actions taken, I'm more than happy to look into the matter a bit further. Can you offer the name and realm of a character on the affected account? Thanks much. :)

Although I am not able to discuss the matter to any extent on the forums, Levelsixty, it looks as though the actions taken have been reviewed by Account Administration; due in part to the number and severity of prior infractions, the decision was made to close the account.
