Subject: Concerning Item Restoration
After an incident and I lost quite a large amount of gold and a couple items, I decided to call a GM once I realized what had happened. Yesterday when I first placed the call I know it was a busy day, but I ended up waiting quite a long time and it was about 3 a.m. EST before I gave up. Today I once again sent a call to a GM and after quite a bit of waiting I was finally able to talk to one.

After we had our discussion he told me I'd be forwarded to a senior GM or something along those lines. So I waited not quite knowing what to expect, and after over an hour of waiting the ticket that was at the top suddenly disapeared. =/

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, I just havent been in many situations including GM's and restoring items so I'm just a bit confused as to what is going on. If someone can give me a little bit of help on to what should I do. I dont know wether to wait, or to call again and wait a couple of hours for another response.

Indrajit, it appears that your issue has been addressed. You should find in-game mail on your character Burnett. ;)

I'm sorry for any lack of clarification on our part, but I'm glad to see that this situation has been addressed! Good luck, and enjoy your recently recovered loss!
. . .if you kill what you love, you're damned.
