Subject: [Blizzard] Why is it so hard :(
   My account was deactivated over 1 month ago, due to a chargeback issue.

Since then my main character, has gone from Rank 12, to rank 10. I was in pursuit of Grand Marshal.

Since I cannot regain my rank with yet again Real life delays, I just want my account back. Can you check to see why it isn't being re-activated, and why blizzard wont answer the e-mails I've sent.

   I'm unclear as to the nature of the issue, Jasmynn. I'm assuming you're posting from a different account. If you can provide me with the character name and realm of one of your main characters, I will attempt to point you in the right direction.
