Is the hotline not availabe at this time? I've called quite a few times and all I get are a bunch of beeping noises. I thought I would at LEAST get an automated response seeing as how its 24 hr hotline. is something wrong?

The Billing and Account Services Department is in the office and the phone lines should be working properly. Are you dialing the correct number? Just in case, the number is: 1-800-592-5499
Live phone support is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm PDT.
EDIT: It's also Monday morning and that department is currently receiving a great deal of calls; which may result in some players receiving a busy signal. You should be able to get through if you continue trying or call back at a later time.[ post edited by Caerrus ]
