I'd be playing anywhere (usually happens in the middle of a fight) and the screen would freeze. I'd hit control+alt+delete or just try to get to the main screen but I can't. It's like hardlocked. After 20 minutes or so I can see my normal mouse cursor but still cannot get to the main screen or get out of world of warcraft. I tried calling technical support or w/e and I tried posting and I've been ignored for weeks now. I come to this forum looking for an answer. What's goin on blizz?!?!

If you are still experiencing the issue after doing so, please try calling our Technical Support Department (again) by phone at 1-949-955-1382 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm PDT).
