My brother deleted my mage yesterday as a joke. He ran into my room and typed DELETE. I quickly made a GM ticket with what happened. 3 hour later with no GM i went to sleep hoping it would be fix when i wake up. I try to log on a character where i made a GM ticket cause i didn't see my mage and i couldn't even log on to any character of that realm. I am on the verge of waiting on my 3rd hour for a GM. Im not whineing i just want this problem fix =(

Q u o t e: Please don't be sad, Uai. This can be fixed for you, as long as you have not used up your limited restorations. Just be patient, okay? There have been some server issues, and it was a restart which caused you to disconnect.
Send an in-game ticket or send an email WoWCharHelp@Blizzard.com with the following information:
Account name
Character names
Realms the characters are on
Level, class, and race of the characters
Exact name of the items that were lost (if any)
The time and date of the loss (as precisely as possible)
How the items or characters were lost (if you know)
