Hello,
Recently my computer had been key logged due to the weak security of Internet Explorer. When I came home from work on saturday, the 19th, the majority of the items contained on my main character had been disenchanted or sold, and all the money taken.
I ticketed a GM, waited 6 hours for no reply and woke up this morning to my account being shut down. Yes, I know, that is procedure. I also received an email, something like this:
>In an effort to maintain the security of all World of Warcraft accounts, we are currently investigating the possibility of a key logger within a trojan virus or a UI modification. We have reason to believe that the account listed above may have been accessed without your consent.

>As a precaution, you may wish to take the following steps to ensure the security of this account:

I've done everything suggested, found the key logger, upgraded to Mozilla Firefox, changed my password, got rid of any UIs etc. What I need clarification on is this part:
Q u o t e: >Check all characters on the account for damage or item loss, and notify us if any is discovered. Like I've said, there is loss on my main character and I was wondering, how could I get it restored and my account reactivated? Do I have to phone the Billing Department or can I email to get it restored and reactivated. I cannot phone for a while due to phone issues at home.
