Ok so Gilneas server crashed right after we killed Thekal in ZG, so we were unable to get the loot as the body disappeared before server came back up. My petition obviously doesnt warrant a real response but some computer generated bull crap response. Its too complex to fix huh? I call crap. This is definately why i wont be buying the expansion. This crap is way too comon place, you guys dont give a rats ass. GG Blizard, GG.

I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused, Los, but there are times when, due to database reverts, we will be unable to provide players with a restoration; especially if the item was not removed from the corpse. Our Character Specialists will do their very best to verify the loss you have described, but restoration is not guaranteed under any circumstances. If you would like to submit feedback about the Game Master Department, please send an e-mail to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. Thank you and good luck in your future endeavors.

Your petition was investigated, and it was determined that we would be unable to assist you in this matter. An e-mail was sent to the address on file for your account when your petition was closed, informing you of as much. Again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and would ask you to submit feedback by e-mailing the address listed above. Thank you, Los.
