Subject: Mails Returned/Expired - Server "Date" Wrong
   I just logged into Turalyon after the extended downtime last night. I checked my mailbox and it contained only a couple items, things which I received in the last day or two. All of the stacks of potions, twilight suits, etc, that I store in there were gone. The items that I received in the last few days had 2-4 days left on their expiration/return timer. I'm not sure if the items were bounced back to bank characters and alts I tried to check mail on those characters but they were pretty jumbled from the change too. I can confirm however that about 8 stacks of major healing pots from the AH appear to have expired and returned to sender, that is, been deleted.

Also, the AH has nothing on it, I mean, nothing. All auctions, even 24 hour ones that should still be running from before the downtime, are all expired and returned.

I know the login screen says that the servers are going to be down for several more hours so I'm not sure if this is an isolated problem that will be fixed before the servers are officially up. I wanted to drop in and see if people on other realms were experiencing the same problems.

I didn't lose anything terribly valuable but I know a few people from Turalyon lost some pretty rare stuff from expired AH mails.

   Thanks for the heads up, Tarron. This issue appears to be affecting multiple realms, and and is currently being investigated by our network teams. As soon as more information becomes available, I will reply with an update. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

   Any players who have either sent/received mail or made transactions at the Auction House after this morning's maintenance period will be temporarily unable to see any of these items. Not to worry, though; we are working to implement a fix for this as soon as possible. Any mail and Auction House transactions that were processed before maintenance began, as well as all new mail and Auction House transactions processed from this point forward, should display properly. Thank you again for your patience. :)
