I was wondering if GM's are available on the weekends? Like, is it a 24/7 thing, or are they only available during Blizzard's hours, 9AM - 6PM Mon-Fri?
Secondly, what the hell is Caerrus doing answerring questions on a Sturday morning? I thought you can only logon those names at HQ. Ohwell, :P.

Our Game Masters (in-game support) are available 24/7 via the petition system, with very few exceptions (support is generally available during holidays, and so on). Our Billing and Account Services and Technical Support Departments are only available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm PDT.
The Game Masters here on the Customer Service Forum work in shifts to provide coverage 24/7, and yes - I'm currently in the office (and missin' my Saturday morning cartoons).
Not to worry, Silmarwen, "teh Bunny" hasn't taken over... yet. ;)
