	Thanks Game Masters, I've had a support ticket open since 2 AM last night, and it is now almost 7 PM (Eastern Time). Striving for excellent service with 17 hours of wait time? I actually got so furstrated, I logged off, only to sign on and find my ticket still hasn't been answered.
