	Our Billing and Account Services Department is indeed taking calls, Cataclysmic. However, due to it being a Monday (and thus, the first day after the weekend), they are receiving a heavy influx of calls; which may result in a busy signal. You should be able to get through eventually if you keep trying, but I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and wish you the best of luck. :) But hark, methinks a mortal doth approach...
