I was somewhat confused by the wording here. I'm curious if she's referring to new realms that are still scheduled to be open for transfers, or new realms that have yet to come out?

Will servers such as Uldaman and Altar of Storms (scheduled to open sometime this week for paid character transfers) be affected by this new rule?

   This means any realms released from today going forward will have the six-month restriction. This rule starts with the two new realms released today.
