Subject: Bypassing the Ignore System / Stalking
Ive had a long term issue with a player. This player has been on my ignore list for a very long time. Yet, despite me reporting them over 10 times now, finds ways to avoid the Ignore.

He makes Alts to talk to me.. He has other people talk to me.

This has gone beyond harrassment. I feel almost as if Im being stalked.

I would appriciate an Official Blizzard responce over what I should do about this.

I feel as if My only real option is to transfer to another server to avoid this players constant harrassment.

If it comes to that, I'll simply contact a Lawyer, concidering this behaviour already violates state laws where I live.

Drosera, allow me to offer my most sincere apologies for the apparent distress that you have been caused by this player's actions; you have my word that we take such matters very seriously, and that we investigate all reports of harassment with the utmost diligence and gravity. Please consider, however, that the repercussions for each individual breach of policy depend partly on the number and severity of prior infractions, and that not every instance of harassment shall lead to a temporary (or permanent) suspension; this means that, although we will ensure that all appropriate actions are taken against those found to have violated our policies, the results of our investigation may not be readily apparent.

That said, if you find your gameplay repeatedly disrupted or otherwise diminished by another player's behaviour toward you -- and this appears to have continued despite previous warnings on the part of the Game Master Department -- then I would urge you to bring to our attention any occasions upon which you feel victim to ongoing harassment. As you have reported them in the past for similar violations of our policies, there is a good chance that the penalties shall be more severe if we find that his harassment has persisted.

In the end, we wish to ensure that players are comfortable in the in-game environment; if another player's continued verbal harassment is infringing upon that comfort, we are extraordinarily concerned with resolving the matter with all due expedience. Please continue to report this player, Drosera, and I can assure you that we shall look into it. :)
Ce sont ces fenêtres qui m'appellent...
