I know you deal with a lot of crap and childish behavior from people in forums, especially this one.
I know this is a Customer Service Forum, and that probaqbly this post will get deleted / locked, and that's fine, but it needs to be said.
I have had relatively few issues within WoW, with the exception of emergency server problems as well as staying logged on, but the times I have had issues with things under Blizz's control, I was taken care of great and you stayed with me longer than you should have. There are things such as maintenance for emergency situations and things like that which happen, and I don't find a need to gripe about it because I do IT work for a living, and my responsibility is to fix servers when they break, so I know how issues can arise both with hardware and software.
With all that said, I just wanted to let the Blues at Blizzard that you guys put up with a lot of crap in game and in these forums and I'm sure in email, but you guys ROCK! I really appreciate everything you all do and wish I had the patience you do for these forums.
Again, great work!
