Hi, my account was recently banned from be for Privacy and Security reasons. I was told by my friend that he put in a ticket that I was being hacked from my gold which ended up into this ban. Is there an easier way to get this back ( besides the faxing way), since this was a very bad joke on my friends part. Also, since I raid, I've been going VERY low on the dkp standings therefore will probaly get booted from the guild if this keeps up. Thanks.

If your account has been locked, because of security reasons, it will be necessary to follow the standard protocol to recover it; despite the circumstances that may have led to it being locked. Please complete the Account Retrieval Form (included in the e-mail that you received), and fax (or mail) it to our Account Administration Department, so that they can assist you in getting back in the game and earning DKP as quickly as possible. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, Guramus; but that is the only method through which you will be able to unlock the account. Good luck! [ post edited by Caerrus ]
