Subject: Whole Hyjal realm, forum character error
   No player on Hyjal can log into their character on the forums. The realm is up, we login at the forum, and we can't select characters from Hyjal.

Old posts by Hyjal characters before this error are now listed as from server "Daneth Trollbane".

   Hi Tassix,

The cause of this situation is related to the hardware migration Hyjal underwent. As a result your Avatars have not fully updated. We are however working to resolve this issue so that your Hyjal Avatars will be able to be used once more on the forums. I am sorry for the delays but rest assured we are not ignoring it.

   Understood. Our network support teams are still investigating this issue in order to determine the cause and resolve it; however, the Beta Forums are scheduled to go live pretty soon - the issue doesn't occur on those forums, does it?
