Greeting,
I am unable to log into my characters on Mal'Ganis. I have sent serveral tickets, all of them explaind to me what the problem might be. Each one has not worked. I really need help this is getting frustrating.
The sinning is the best part of repentance.

What happens when you attempt to log in as these characters, Akram? Do you receive a specific error message, or does it just lock up at the loading screen?

This is happening to me as well. I can log into any character except my 55 mage on Aggramar. Last time i played that mage my game crashed and when i logged back in I was dead. While running back to my corpse my game froze again. Now whenever i try to log in the game freezes once its done loading. If I hit alt tab my screen is just completely blue.
This issue sounds like it might be a slightly different one Gimti. Your mage may be stuck in some strange place and this might be causing the issue with logging in. I would recommend opening a ticket from another character to a Game Master and seeing if the Game Master can assist you with the potentially stuck character. Be sure to give both the name and realm of your level 55 mage in the petition. I hope this works. Good luck.
