Subject: [BUG] No Resilience Gem Recipe at Halaa |

The recipe listed in the patch notes for a new resilience gem at Halaa is missing from any and all NPCs found in Halaa. The old 10 res epic gem is there, but not the recipe for the blue gem mentioned in the patch notes.
Please look into this, thanks.

We checked out the new Resilience gem, it is in game, but the spawn conditions seem to be making it very unlikely to spawn on the vendor. This is going to be changed in a future patch to assure that it spawns often enough for people to get in a reasonable amount of time.
