I have 3 items of Judgemen Armor which give healing bonuses on teh Test Server.
On live, they have +44 and +33 (+77). On Test they have +46, +35, +35 (+116).
I have done approximately 1 hour of testing Holy Light Rank 8 on both live and the Test server and believe that the test server results may only be taking the bonus from the highest rated piece of armour.
I have consistently had higher heals on a NON-Holy spec'd Paladin (3 points in improved Holy Light) on live when compared to a Holy spec'd on Test. If my belief in the way the system works is correct I should actually be gaining an average of 35 MORE on test than live.
Heals on live generally ranged from just below 1500 to a highest heal of 1638. The bias was towards 1550-1575.
Heals on test rangde from below 1500 to 1628 as a maximum. Again the bias was towards 1550-1575.
To test out the results i did some more heals on test with only 2 items equipped of the Judgement armor and found that there was no apparant difference between healing with 2 items and 3 items.
Is this broken? Looks like it to me.

I took a look at this issue, but I was unable to get the same results. I tested each piece of the Judgement set by itself and combined, and they each added the correct amount of healing as they should. Try conducting the same tests with rank 1 Flash of Light, as the difference in healing is more obvious on the lower rank spells.
If you continue to have similar results please post any additional information and/or steps here.
