It has been said that there will be content available only with a flying mount. However, I would like to know if warlocks will be able to summon people at these places.
Flying mounts will probably not only be able to access specific content, but also help to travel faster, and maybe for other utility, but if we can access the imoprtant dungeons that is only accessible with a flying mount simply with a summon, it will reduce the desirability to have them.

These are points we have considered and will address through design.
Generally speaking, we aren't too concerned with people being summoned to flying mount areas for general exploration and fun. We simply hope the cooldown on your hearthstone is up, so to avoid the long plummet to escape.
However, there are specific cases where mage portals or warlock summons may be hindered, so as to make owning a flying mount a necessity.
