So, some guy was fighting an emmasary (Cenarion Circle) in Org, so I healed him. I then lost 25 rep - unfriendly.
I can no longer talk, or turn in quests to any NPC based on Cenarion Circle.
.....Is there any creatures I can kill that will increase my rep with them?.....
I know there are Twilight Cultists, but they're like, level 60.

You're going to have to spend some time getting back to neutral with the Cenarion Circle by killing the Twilight Cultists. (Yes, I had to do this myself after getting a faction hit.) You used to not have any way of fixing this faction prior to this.
I'd suggest maybe enlisting some friends to help you you fix the faction then as soon as you can. You'll need to be able to access quests that come from them as well as you won't be able to shop or anything in Moonglade until then.
