So I went to Blizzcon, and I saw Eyonix, and I was all like "Hey Eyonix, remembr me? I'm Kojisan, taht stupid troll from teh forums." And he was all like "Yah, I remember you, and you must'nt call me 'Eyonix', that is my screen name, you must call me by my real name, William Oxford Cunningham the Third" and I was all like "lolol, tahts a stupid name, ur parents got no naming skillz". So he punched me in the face and I died to death. True Story.

Ah, come on. I talked with quite a few people at GenCon and managed to avoid punching anyone at anytime. Although, I was failry certain that Caydiem had directed a few my way with the pure intention of punching me. ;)

Q u o t e: Back at Fry's on launch day, Cay and Tyren were standing off to the side trying to avoid the general public.
Tyren, in his infinite wisdom, stood up on a chair and started shouting "Hey everyone, come get Caydiem's signature!" and gesticulating wildly at her.
We expect this manner of theatrics!
What was funnier was what followed that charming action. I reciprocated by calling out his name loudly and indicating where he stood. Tyren, lacking any identifiable Blizzard uniform, proceeded to act like a Fry's employee. When I pointed to him, he looked behind him as if seeking the target of my loud declarations, a perplexed look on his face.
GenCon was a little more low-key, thankfully. ;)[ post edited by Caydiem ]

Q u o t e: CMs who don't like the public eye? Weird.
Of course.. I guess that's understandable considering you have to worry about people like me coming up and talking to you.
Eh, I wasn't necessarily trying to avoid everyone -- there were far better places to stand, I assure you. :P I simply hadn't signed up for a table spot and wanted to chat with folks regardless.

Seeing as you just stepped away from your desk, I'm not sure how it's physically possible for you to be posting. Has they day we've all feared come, and you've become one with the forum?

There is more than one computer in the building, sir.
Though if you'd followed the madness that occurred during the 24-hour maintenance, you would know that I am, in truth, a brain in a vat full of Mountain Dew.
The woman who comes in every day and sits at my desk is simply an actor, hired to avoid any awkward questions.

Oh, I followed the madness. Myself and the others actually had several meetings concerning how to best handle the situation, and decided the best way to address your mental affliction was to pretend it didn't exist.
