From your own honor guide we know reaching rank 14 isn't possible unless you spend weeks pvping.
Today there has been players across ALL REALMS reaching rank 14(high warlord/grand marshal) when it is clearly impossible they could have obtained those ranks in just 1 week.
Personally I have pvped and stayed in top 5 every week to earn my Rank 12(didn't rank up this week). A lot of people including myself are upset seeing people jump from rank 10 to rank 14 in just a week.
Please, blizzard acknowledge that you screwed up something instead of "We will be looking into it, and everthing is working as intended". We are not stupid, we can see that you screwed up the honor tally this week.

This was an error that occurred with maintenance. We have since corrected the problem. I sincerely apologize to all affected parties; if you purchased equipment to use while you were temporarily granted this rank, please submit a ticket to a GM and we'll see what we can do in recompense. :)
