Bob only answers your questions due to the database he his company was given..all other questions will be avoided/etc...IS IT possible this could be the nature of our GM's here in WoW? I mean..could
-GM Avarlien really be aka "Bob" the Indian Outsourced guy?...

We do not have a phone number to reach our GM department, all petitions are handled in game or through email. All of our GMs are in house, they are all real people, and I am not sure how many of them are named Bob.
