So we've discussed this in the Priest Forum in this thread ( http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-priest&t=116879&p=1&tmp=1#post116879 )
and we've found that Undead priests can't do this quest. I didn't get it last night, and when someone tried to share it with me, I was unable to do it.
This is a huge concern with Undead priests, as that's a nice dagger to have, and many of us would love to have that dagger.
Please fix this quest so we can get our good dagger. ^^

Hey folks, I posted in another thread about this, but it appears to be lost to the ages...
Anyway, I just wanted to say that we are aware of this issue. It appears that some quests added in the recent patch seem to be inadvertently attached to a Priest quest completion of some kind. The developers are going through the possible causes and we're working on a fix. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm unsure if this will make a hotfix, to be honest; it might not be one of the issues that can be resolved that way. I haven't heard either way.
