Wow, this is a well written post! I am reading through it now and I will answer what I can.

Server Horde/Alliance Numbers
Ordinn said that he would get an update with a realistic server population figures a long time ago. That has never come. This topic comes up dozens of times an hour outlining the same thing. False Promise it seems.
A: I will follow up with Ordinn about this.
Mage/Priest Compiled Issues
Both of these classes have been promised a compiled list of issues with them would be created to match the warlock, druid, and warrior attention the community managers have given them.
A: The Priest write up is in the editing phases. I have compiled the information from the forums, discussed it with the dev team, and written up the first draft to get back to the forums. It takes time though because I have to make sure I understood everything from the devs, I have to make sure the information is still accurate, etc.
Eyonix is still waiting to hear back on some of the questions dealing with the Mages.
Hunter Bugs/Issues
Blizzard hasn't even confirmed the aspect of the hawk bug that is easy to identify and reproduce, let alone a 40 page thread filled with bugs and issues with the hunter class. Blizzard has ignored hunters altogether and largely has left them in the dark.
A: I believe this is something we are investigating. I will try to have a follow up to this sometime next week.
Nothing being done to "fix" Warlocks
Blizzard has acknowledged that Warlocks have several class issues. However, in the recent Coming Soon update nothing was promised to them. Time will tell if the patch reflects the Coming Soon page.
A: Eyonix has not forgotten about the Warlocks. He is still working with the dev team.
Lack of Endgame content/no content patches
There is a huge lack of endgame content. Many level 60 players are quitting because they are bored or disappointed with the lack of new material. It is a general consensus that playing the same instances over and over again is very boring. It's been nearly 3 months since the last real content patch, and many players are feeling they were ripped off. Battlegrounds is too far off for players to remain interested in the game.
A: In the upcoming patches we will be releasing some new high end content. You can see a sneak peak on our Under Development page.
Cross-faction mounts and reputation
It is far too difficult to achieve another factions mounts. By doing a factions quests alone there is not enough to get to exhalted. For repeatable quests it would take an impossible amount of time. Another player estimated 1.7 years of actual played time doing the morrowgrain quests to achieve exhalted and another factions mount. Eyonix said he would confer with the developers about this, but no follow-up has been given.
A: I know we are aware of this issue but I have not heard anything back.
Epic Mount Graphics
Other than the undead mount graphics, mostly all users feel the epic mounts look kind of poor for paying 900g. It is widely believed that this area is incomplete. Many players are concerned that once they buy their epic mount another new mount will come out and theirs will be stale. Blizzard ignores this issue for the most part.
A: This has been brought up to the development team. I have no other information at this time.
Queues
Many players find this unacceptable, and many topics have been created because of it. We were promised that when we purchased this game that queues wouldn't exist forever, but we are still experiencing them. It is often debated that queues are a necessary measure for our playing experience.
A: The queues are in place to keep the majority of the players on the realm running smoothly. We are constantly working to increase playability on all realms.
Server Transfers
Blizzard has announced over and over that they are planning on allowing a one-time server transfer. Hwoever, they have been planning this for months. It should not take Blizzard this long to allow this feature. Many believe it has been forgotten about altogether.
A: This is still something we are looking into. I have no other information at this time.
Important Issues not being (hot)fixed
As more and more players have reached level 60, more and more and visiting the molten core encounter. Many bugs have arised with this instance and players are becoming upset that they are being locked out due to bugs and that their time has been wasted.
A: Please continue to report all bugs to our Bug Report forum and let the GMs know if it is a game hampering issue.
Loot Issues
A couple things here.
1. Players rolling on others rare set. Dreadmist is the most widely conflicted area of this. Warlocks are upset that other classes are rolling on their set and in large it is a huge debate. Maybe a system should be implemented where only Warlocks can roll on Dreadmist? Maybe Devout and Magister's should be improved?
2. Bugs and Ninja Looting. Each player shares their story about their loot being ninja'd here. It happpens every day. Much of this is because of bugs in each and every loot type. Blizzard could resolve this issue.
A: I will bring this up to the dev team.
Friction between CMs and the Community
A lot of regulars, trolls, etc find that community manager's posts are predictable. "Working as intended" is a common joke. Many topics that have repeatable answers are being answered "instead of" widespread complaints from players. A solution to this is reinstituting the Blizzard Friends program which was popular in previous games. Some of the most memorable contributors have not even been employees.
A: The Blizzard Friend's program is largely a Beta program. We in the Community Team are working to increase our communication levels with you. When we answer the quick questions it is because they are just that; quick. Some of the other posts we cannot respond to until we hear back from the proper team. I assure you though that posts are not being ignored even if they don't get a reply.
GM Support not Useful
Before I start, I do believe GMs can be useful in many situations, but they can definitely be improved upon.
Most GM threads are people complaining about their player being renamed, and for the most part the rename isn't that important. Minor infractions being correct and users being suspended for things they were unsure of.
As Molten Core raids increase, many players are being fed up that GMs are unable to help them when a bug causes something to go wrong. They are also fed up and discouraged that GMs are unable to reimburse items when something goes wrong with a quest or otherwise.
Lastly, GM response time. GM response time has decreased, its true. But many would like it so that we could get to a point where you could say "hold on, just waiting a few minutes for a GM to respond" instead of having to log off and hoping to get a response by the time you get back.
A: The GM department works around the clock seven days a week to make sure all questions are answered. They are always striving to find better ways to assist everyone. When a name is changed the player is sent an email on how to select another name and why the name was changed. Please be sure to send any complaints or concerns about the GM department to WoWGMFeedback-US@Blizzard.com.
Racial Abilities are unbalanced
Blizzard has stated that they are revisiting racial abilities. But again, no follow-up. There is nothing about a change in racials posted on the "Coming Soon" page. This is an issue hanging in limbo.
A: When we revisit something as major as the Racial Abilities it can take time. Unfortunately I do not have any information at this time though.
Professions are mostly useless
Same as above, Blizzard has restated that they will be looking at them again in the future but also defend that they are serving their purpose well. Many players are disappointed with the time and effort put into to them to find that they have no use endgame. Most report that they have very little use for their profession.
A: I have no information about this topic at this time.
Too little, too late
The community has been waiting a long time for a content patch or at least an update. Blizzard had to make up for the lack of updates in a big way. People expected something big, something comparable to Diablo 1.10. The community NEEDED Battlegrounds, but it is not in the next content patch, maybe not even the one after that. Many of the features included were not something in demand, but a little side project that a developer brought up in a meeting.
A: I understand. When we add something to the game we want to make sure it is going to be the best it can be. Battlegrounds is going to be HUGE and from what I have seen it is defiantly going to be worth the wait.
Server Stability
This is obviously an issue. Promises for this to get better have been unfounded.
A: We have been updating the realms often. We just added six new realms, we implemented a hot fix recently to increase performance when large amounts of people were in a single area. The game is in a constant state of motion and we are going to keep improving it when ever we can.[ post edited by Fangtooth ]
