There is very little we can do to change this infrastructure at this time.
Please be aware that each territory has a great deal many variations in terms of laws, billing requirements, etc.
For this reason it is unlikely that such changes would be possible any time soon, if at all.

Players, I was referring to the suggestion to buy one copy of the game in one territory, and then create an account in that territory and then use that account across services.
This is not possible at this time.
As was previously stated, we are researching ways for people to play with players in other territories, but have yet to announce them yet.
